Refund and Cancellation Policies
Due to hygienic considerations, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on opened items. We do, however, give replacements on a case-by-case basis, and it is always our goal to assist our clients to the best of our capacity, as the situation may be. Genuine situations of damage, leakage, missing product(s), and incorrect product(s) delivery will be considered.
The consumer must bring this to our attention within 7 working days of receiving the product (s).
